New Year New You - Let's get it done!!!

It's that time of the year, New Years Resolutions, and I am willing to bet that if you are reading this you are looking to make a change in your health and fitness lifestyle in 2016?  Am I right?  I know just how you feel, I was there 2 years ago!!  We started 2014 off with T25 and haven't looked back since.


My mission is to now help others that want to make these changes themselves.  Men and women that want to live a happy and healthy life and to learn the tools to raise a healthy and fit family.  Men and women that are willing to put in the work now, develop great habits now, to live the life they always dreamed of.



2016 is right around the corner, a fresh slate, a clear road to wherever it is that you want to go!!  I am launching my best accountability group yet.  The pre-game, prep week will start on Wednesday and the workouts officially start on January 4th!  I will help you match a fitness program to you goals and current fitness level, let's take it up a notch and challenge ourselves.

This group will be a select group of motivated people who are READY to make a change.  If you invest in a program, I will stick with you to the end!  There is no looking back!  It's time to say HELLO 2016 let's rock this, you in??


A few House Rules to be in the Group:
1. I must be your Team Beachbody Coach.  If you already have a coach or are a coach, please contact your coach for their next group.
2. You must commit to a fitness program and to replacing one meal a day with Shakeology for the entire 6 weeks.
3. You must actively participate in the group page.  Teamwork makes the Dream work and no one can do this alone!
4. You must have a stronger desire to change than to stay the same and be ready and willing to share your journey with the rest of the group!!!
